June is Pride Month! Join the Copper Beech community as we come together with open minds and hearts to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ identities among us. We will reflect on what it means to love and accept ourselves for all of who we are and be led in a guided meditation to explore putting this into practice. We are also very excited to announce that we will be joined by Certified Life Coach, public speaker, actor, and trans youth advocate Tony Ferraiolo! Join us as Tony shares his remarkable story and the role mindfulness has played in his healing journey.

You can expect to leave with a deeper understanding of:

How mindfulness practice can uniquely benefit members of the LGBTQ+ Community
