June is Pride Month! Join the Copper Beech community as we come together with open minds and hearts to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ identities among us. We will reflect on what it means to love and accept ourselves for all of who we are and be led in a guided meditation to explore putting this into practice. We are also very excited to announce that we will be joined by Certified Life Coach, public speaker, actor, and trans youth advocate Tony Ferraiolo! Join us as Tony shares his remarkable story and the role mindfulness has played in his healing journey.

Nathaniel Black (he/him/él) is a trauma-informed certified Reiki Master, Mindfulness Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher with a passion for building community spaces and helping others along their journey to radical self-acceptance. Nate identifies as a queer trans man and found his way to the wellness world after many years of struggling with his mental health and the affects of that on his body.
