Immersion in Mindfulness is an opportunity for you to learn how sweet it is to live in the present moment and use new ways to work with challenges and difficulties. You can develop your ability to pay attention to whatever is happening in the present moment. Greater calmness can enhance your ability to cope with stress and worries as well as savor life’s joys.
Join us for a day retreat to immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness. Topics include: mindful meditation, body scan, walking meditation, mindful communication, mindful eating, gratitude, stress and health benefits of mindfulness practices.
Tuition is $125 and includes lunch.

January marks the completion of my first 90 days as the new Executive Director of Copper Beech Institute and I couldn't be more grateful for the warm welcome of this community that is made up of our board, staff, facilitators and participants.
