IDEAL FOR: All Levels
We tend to live with the illusion that we can control and predict the narrative of our lives. The perfect job, forever relationships, good health, and we’ll be set for life. The reality is that along life’s continuum, we will all face dozens of disruptors, perhaps daily, requiring a transition that places us in the middle space between expectations and outcomes. In our time together, we will examine a tool kit of strategies to reorient our lives with a clearer understanding of the purpose and value of transitions.
Together, we will explore:
- The reality of the non-linear life
- The purpose and value of transitions
- Stages and benchmarks of the transition process
- Habits and why we get stuck
- Cognitive dissonance
- Surviving the downturns
- Mindfulness for present moment awareness
- Meditations to help with stress
- Success stories
Join us and practice the self-care needed when navigating life’s transitions and enjoy a day of learning in community with others as we tap into the research and personal experiences that explain how people and organizations successfully navigate the “space in between”.

January marks the completion of my first 90 days as the new Executive Director of Copper Beech Institute and I couldn't be more grateful for the warm welcome of this community that is made up of our board, staff, facilitators and participants. Each of you in your own particular way help to make Copper Beech what it is, and helped to get CBI to it's current moment of evolution. With that said, I am excited to share that many inspired changes are afoot! ✨
