At the end of any one life we want to be able to say that we played it for keeps. We loved and laughed and offered something to the world that had meaning and that in some way helped to repair it. In this weekend retreat, we'll explore how to create a balance of self-care and care of the world and build our resilience and our capacity for compassion – and remember how mindfulness enables us to create days that are engaged, creative, and purposeful.

January marks the completion of my first 90 days as the new Executive Director of Copper Beech Institute and I couldn't be more grateful for the warm welcome of this community that is made up of our board, staff, facilitators and participants. Each of you in your own particular way help to make Copper Beech what it is, and helped to get CBI to it's current moment of evolution. With that said, I am excited to share that many inspired changes are afoot! ✨
